We should all congratulate our teachers, students (and some long-suffering parents) on the county's excellent GCSE and A-level results.
The argument about whether standards are dropping or not is irrelevant. Cambridgeshire students perform in the top 25 per cent in the country, but our funding from Government is right down at the bottom of the league. Phrases involving quarts and pint pots spring to mind!
