A DRIVER had a lucky escape after their car careered off the road and crashed into a fuel tanker on a petrol forecourt.
Police said the motorists escape uninjured following the crash at 7.30am on Sunday (August 31) at the Shell garage on the A428 at Caxton Gibbet.
The silver Mazda was said to have became partly wedged underneath the tanker.
The petrol station was closed for than three hours. No one was injured.
