REGARDING paedophile rapist Maurice Hogg (May 9) doing life twice, I would like to know what Mrs Justice Swift considers a rare and exceptional case for an excuse for him not to serve his full term.
Is she saying he never murdered the children? Tell that to the poor parents of the children that were attacked, and to all the other parents that dare not let their children out of their sight because of the threat these perverts hold.
Maybe Mrs Justice Swift and other judges should consider the children and parents for a change, like keeping these people behind bars for life.
