A WEEK of intensive leadership, team challenges and personal development is on offer at Grafham Water.
This is the first time the eight-day Grafham Discovering Leadership Programme has been open to individuals rather than businesses.
The course will take place from May 23-June 3 and will be led by Grafham instructors and business professionals.
It is open to people between 18 and 30 who would like to develop their potential in a fun and supportive environment.
Training manager of the Grafham Water centre Andy Thorp said: "The main aim of this programme is to give people the skills to progress in their careers and personal development."
Organisations such as BT, Rotary, Waitrose, and Metroline, have all benefited from the programme in the past.
