Callum Reeve, 10, of 1st Cambourne Scout Cub Park has gained his Chief Scout Silver Award.
His godmother, Sarah Lewis, who helps the Cubs, said: "This is the highest award a Cub Scout can receive and he has worked hard to achieve it."
Callum was presented with his award at the Vine School, in Cambourne.
Elsewhere in the county, four Cubs from Gateway Cub Scout Park in St Ives also received their silver awards. Those Scouts were Cameron Vickery, Jake Bowden, Kwami Canacoo and Dominic Hyde.
To get the badge, each Cub had to take complete numerous challenges, including a personal challenge related to a hobby or a sport.
Cameron learned to play basketball, Kwami was taught sign language and Dominic and Jake learned to play cricket.
