As veil number three slips seductively to the floor, bashful Councillor Bates and his demure cabinet team provide us with a tantalising glimpse of the new £6 million operations depot. Before that, all we'd been allowed to see were two fuzzy but titillating long-shots of the controversial Pathfinder House replacement.
How many more months of unbearable teasing before they are daring enough to strip away that seventh veil - and reveal the awesome charms of their secret love to a panting public?
