A TEENAGE Michael Jackson fanatic has danced his way through to the finals of a junior talent contest and won his family a weekend away. Joshua Lloyd-Braiden, aged 10, of Essex Road, Huntingdon, won the Robinsons Fruit Shoot Junior Starquest 2006 held at Pontin's Hemsby centre in Norfolk after impressing the judges with his dancing to Michael Jackson's Billie Jean. Joshua's mum, Jackie told The Hunts Post: "He was absolutely over the moon when he won. He started dancing to Michael Jackson songs seven months ago and now he spends everyday after school in his room perfecting his moonwalk and forward walk. I've even had to buy him some lino to put in his bedroom as he says it is easier to moonwalk on than carpet." Joshua, who attends Huntingdon Junior School received a medallion, certificate, camera and was invited with his family to spend a weekend at Pontin's Prestatyn Sands in North Wales from December 8 where he will compete against 24 finalists. The overall winner of the Robinsons Fruit Shoot Junior Starquest 2006 will win a karaoke machine and a digital camera. Mrs Lloyd-Braiden added: "He is really shy but if you ask him to dance to a Michael Jackson song he really comes out of his shell. He is really excited about the finals and is trying to get a costume like the one Michael Jackson wore in the Billie Jean music video, the sparkly jacket and black trousers with white piping.
