MYSTERY shoppers are being recruited by the police to help them improve their customer service.
Cambridgeshire police is looking for volunteers to visit police stations across the county to help identify any areas that need improvement.
Volunteers would be given a number of scenarios to test the police and report back on the quality of service they received, ease of access and waiting times.
The mystery shopping exercises will take place over a week in June.
Inspector Tim Nasta said: "This feedback will be used to make improvements to the current service and highlight existing practices that the public are already pleased with."
