THE hospital transport at Hinchingbrooke Hospital it is a disgrace. My wife uses it three times a week.
We are up every morning at 6am ready for her to be picked up at 7.30am, and sometimes they do arrive on time. Sometimes it's an hour later, sometimes later than that.
I know that this service is free, but the treatment she goes for is trying enough and the people at the hospital that arrange this shambles just do not seem to care.
There needs to be some sort of organisation up there.
