PUPILS from Huntingdon Junior School visited Pizza Express to try to create their very own healthy pizza as part of science week.
Children from Year 3 and 4 visited the pizza restaurant in Huntingdon High Street where they were allowed to roll their own dough and make their own pizzas.
Barbara Pearce, science co-ordinator at the school, said: "The children had a great time making their own pizzas, which they took home to eat.
"They had to produce a balanced pizza consisting of a dough base for carbohydrates, fresh vegetables for vitamins, meat or fish for protein and cheese for calcium.
"The hardest bit was creating the bases but they had a great time getting covered in dough."
National Science Week is an opportunity for people of all ages to take part in science, engineering and technology activities.
