A MAN wielding a handgun stole a bag of cash in Huntingdon on Christmas Eve.
Two men were walking along St Germain's Street near Domino's Pizza when they were approached by a man holding a gun who demanded the money.
The man was described as 6ft 2in and was wearing dark blue jeans, a dark-coloured jacket with the hood up, a beanie style hat and a scarf across his face. He ran off in the direction of Huntingdon ring road.
The two men, who were intending to deposit the cash at a nearby bank, were not hurt but left distressed in the incident.
Investigating officer Dc Rachel Harrison said: "This was a terrifying ordeal for the two men and I would urgently like to speak to anyone who may be able to help us find the man responsible.
"If you saw what happened, or have any other information you think could help our inquiries, please contact me."
