The guided bus will use some of the latest technology to help make services user friendly and reliable.
* When a bus is running late, a GPS system will give the bus priority at traffic lights
* Passengers will be kept up to date with real time information at bus stops
* All tickets for the guideway will have to be bought in advance to speed up journey times
* The guided track can be built at a rate of up to 100m a day
* Once built the track will be able to cope with up to 24 buses each hour
