AT Sawtry Community College, 71 per cent of students achieved five or more GCSEs at grade C or above. The A*-G pass rate was 97 per cent.
An impressive 48 per cent of all entries achieved B grades or above, while seven students claimed either A* or A grades in every subject they studied.
Nigel Smith, deputy principal, said: "The results are an improvement on last year and reflect the hard work of students, staff and parents over the past two years.
"We now look forward to welcoming many of these students back in September to build on this success in the sixth form.
