ALLEGED drug dealers arrested after a police five-week sting in licensed premises in St Neots will be committed for trial at Crown court later this month.
Four of those arrested appeared before Huntingdonshire magistrates, who refused to accept jurisdiction because their powers of punishment would be inadequate if the defendants were found guilty.
Carol Atkins, 39, of Henbrook, Eynesbury, faces two charges of supplying cocaine and a third of being concerned in the supply of cocaine. Carl Sayer, 22, of the same address, faces three charges of supplying cocaine and two of attempting to supply ecstasy; Rikki Antony Jefferies, of Mallard Lane, Eynesbury, a single charge of supplying ecstasy; and Sarah Anne Collings, of Letchworth, one charge of supplying ecstasy and another of supplying cocaine.
They and other defendants will face committal proceedings on March 28.
