A fire by the railway line near Huntingdon is causing delays on First Capital Connect services this afternoon.
Passengers travelling from St Neots and Huntingdon to Stevenage, London and Peterborough are facing 30 minute delays after a fire broke out on an embankment at Holme Lode level crossing at 1.17pm.
Firefighters from Sawtry and Stanground were sent to the scene. By 2.05pm the Sawtry fire engine was returning to base.
The fire is also affecting East Coast, First Hull and Grand Central trains.
