A TEENAGE girl had to be rescued from a window ledge in St Neots after attempting to help her sister who had been locked out of her home. Firefighters rescued the 16-year-old from the ledge in Queen s Gardens, Eaton Socon at 1.45pm on Tuesday (August 18).
A TEENAGE girl had to be rescued from a window ledge in St Neots after attempting to help her sister who had been locked out of her home.
Firefighters rescued the 16-year-old from the ledge in Queen's Gardens, Eaton Socon at 1.45pm on Tuesday (August 18).
It is understood the girl had lifted herself onto the ledge of the first-floor property to try and gain entry through a window. But she became stuck on the ledge in an awkward position and had to be rescued by firefighters. It is believed the girl had been trying to help her sister who had locked herself out of her home.
