ON a visit to St Neots I was going to park in the Co-op car park, only to find that they had increased their charges to 50p per hour. I normally park there and walk through the shop before going into town, but this time I went and parked over the road at 25p per hour.

I hope that this increase will not be reflected through the town car parks and that it is the Co-op being greedy at this time of year. I will park over the road and walk through M&S as I think 50p per hour is a rip-off for a town trying to encourage visitors to come to it.
