Abbots Ripton Church of England Primary School celebrated the formal opening of its new extension just before half-term.
The building, which cost £250,000 and contains a new classroom, two group rooms and a library, was blessed by The Bishop of Ely, the Right Reverend Anthony Russell, and officially opened by Lord de Ramsey.
The school is still fundraising to pay for its contribution to the cost of the building and the next event will be the school fete on Saturday, June 23.
