Visitors to Cambourne were able to reach dizzying heights in aid of charity when a crane arrived in the car park of the village pub. Brave fundraisers were able to bungee jump 280ft, watching the car park of the Monkfield Arms race towards them. The event is expected to have raised more than £1,000 for the Q103 Kids charity. Other activities on the day included a bouncy castle, barbecue and face painting. Landlord of the Monkfield Arms, Martin Howard, said it was a huge success attracting about 1,000 people.
