THE westbound A14 will be closed for resurfacing works between Fenstanton and Godmanchester on Saturday night.
The road will be shut from 8pm on Saturday until 10am on Sunday between junction 28 at Swavesey and junction 24 at Godmanchester.
Traffic will be diverted from the A14/M11 interchange at Girton along the A428 and up the A1, rejoining the carriageway at Brampton Hut.
The eastbound carriageway will be unaffected by the work, which is being carried out to repair an uneven road surface.
