A TAXI-driver who pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving, driving without due care and attention and failing to stop after an accident, is back in court on February 2.
At an earlier hearing, Neil Charles Simpson, of Bottels Road, Huntingdon, admitted that he had failed to report an accident and pleaded guilty of driving without insurance.
All the charges that he has denied relate to a road traffic accident in which 17-year-old Tom Jones, of Great Whyte, Ramsey, was killed on the B1040 after walking back with friends from a party on April 29 last year.
