A MOTORIST collided with a grass verge and at least two parked cars as he drove his vehicle down a road in Warboys.

The incident took place in Station Road on Monday, October 1 at 9.10pm and was witnessed by a Hunts Post reader.

The reader, who wished to remain anonymous, said: "I saw a car going down the road and then crash into two parked cars. I then saw the car mount a grass verge, carry on down the road and then crash into three further cars.

"One of the cars was shunted so hard it moved four car lengths forward into another car. I couldn't believe what I was seeing."

A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said no arrests had been made and added: "We can confirm that at least two vehicles were hit in Station Road, Warboys, on the evening of Monday, October 1.

"As of yet no arrests have been made and we would appeal for anyone who saw anything relating to this incident to contact us on 0845 4564564.
