SOME dream motors cruised in St Ives as the Porsche Club Great Britain arrived in the town.

Some 22 Porsches arrived on Sunday, October 7, with town centre manager, Alistair Theobold, arranging for the cars to drive into Bridge Street over the Chapel Bridge and park in their usual herringbone fashion down Bridge Street.

Bacon rolls, coffee and pastries were followed by homemade soup and sandwiches for lunch, and afternoon teas provided by the River Tea Rooms.

Bob Burn Murdoch, curator of the Norris Museum took the group on an hour and a half heritage walk around the town.
