DURING a visit to Oxmoor recently, I was astounded to see so many owners of large breeds allowing their pets to run loose in the area of Norfolk Road.
Have they forgotten so soon how the four-year-old, George Brown, was viciously attacked in the play area nearby? Surely all dogs capable of inflicting such injuries should be kept on a lead in public places at all times. By the way, I am a dog lover.
