MORE than £700,000 has been raised by St Neots Town Council to build the Eaton's new community building.

There is still time for residents in Eaton Socon and Eaton Ford to offer their views on the building's content at two council meetings this week.

The last chance to see the map on display is tomorrow (Thursday) at the Priory Centre between 10am and 2pm and on Friday at 10am until 2pm.

Other themes that have been discussed so far are a community cafe, a dance hall, a youth club, sport facilities and somewhere to hold private functions and concerts.

A giant map has been created to show people where the new building will be built and get more ideas on what should be included in the final plans which are revealed on July 11.
