IN reply to Celia Barden's letter (August 15), I would like to ask her if she has tried the WI? There are nearly 60 WIs in the Hunts and Peterborough Federation. We have a very varied programme of events - sports, quizzes, crafts, meals and days out, and we involve ourselves in the local and wider community. Do please come and join us. The two best things about WI are that we have a great deal of fun and make friends.

September is our promotional month - if you join now, you get 15 months' membership for the price of 12. Any female over the age of around 14 can join.
