FIREFIGHTERS wore protective suits to clean-up a chemical spill in St Neots.
Fire crews arrived in Alpha Drive in Eaton Socon on Monday (April 13) at 6.23pm to find a quantity of sulphuric acid had spilled onto waste ground.
Two crews from St Neots, one hazard material unit from St Neots and a rescue vehicle from Huntingdon were called to help with the clean-up operation.
Firefighters wore special chemical suits to clear the spillage and make the area safe.
