CANNABIS was found growing in a conservatory at a home in Ash Close, Huntingdon.

Cambridgeshire police said the householder was cautioned after they received a tip-off. Information was passed to local officers suggesting cannabis was being grown at the property.

Officers identified the house and discovered a large plant growing in the conservatory. On Sunday, September 30, a man was cautioned for growing cannabis for personal use.

PC Luke Coulson said: "When concerned residents call in with information of this nature it is always taken seriously. On this occasion we received the report and were able to act immediately on the information.

"If we discover that the offender has a number of issues, including drug or debt problems for example, we are also able to put them in touch with relevant agencies and organisations to help tackle the causes of their offending behaviour.
