TWO of Little Paxton's newest - and most unusual - residents are looking for a little help from the community as they both need new names. Readers of The Hunts Post can put forward their suggestions (although Becks and Posh are unlikely to succeed) in the hope of finding the hairy Highland cattle the perfect names. At the moment the two male calves, who are now residents at Paxton Pits, are simply being referred to Thing 1 and Thing 2. But we're certain you can do a lot better than that. The Highland cattle have taken to Paxton Pits to munch on the grassland to create a better quality meadow for birds, plants and other wildlife. The calves were born in Southoe last year and are yet to have been given names by their keepers. INFORMATION: Any suggestions should be e-mailed to Paxton Pits rangers on firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. The names will be chosen on June 8.
