ROB and Roy were welcomed to Little Paxton on Sunday as the new names for the Highland cattle were announced at a fun day.
More than 600 visitors attended a day of family wildlife activities at Paxton Pits Nature Reserve where there was pond dipping, face painting, bug hunting, and cart rides.
The event, organised by the Friends of Paxton Pits, was also the stage for the naming of the Highland cattle which were brought in to munch on the long grass at the nature reserve.
The winning names were the suggestion of Laraine Davis. Rangers at the reserve and Geoff Bowman, the owner of the cattle, chose the names.
