A BROKEN down vehicle on the A14 at Hemingford Abbots led to long delays for morning commuters.
Police were called at 7.30am on Friday (July 17) to reports that a car transporter had broken down on the westbound carriageway after losing a wheel.
One lane was closed while recovery of the vehicle took place.
Traffic had backed up to Godmanchester and Fenstanton.
