I AM writing to thank the people of Huntingdon, St Ives and St Neots for their kind generosity during Marie Curie Cancer Care's Great Daffodil Appeal.
Your support has raised an amazing £3,071.85 and, as the cost of promotional materials for the appeal is covered by Yellow Pages, the funds raised will go directly towards supporting the local Marie Curie nursing service, which cares for terminally ill cancer patients free of charge at home.
