ON SONG: Brampton Choral Society will be staging Sandy Wilson’s musical The Boyfriend next weekend.
The story follows a romance for debutante Polly Browne on the French Riviera in the 1920s.
Polly, heiress to large fortune, is forbidden to have a boyfriend by her father but accidentally meets Tony Brockhurst, an English gentleman masquerading as a delivery boy.
INFORMATION: The show takes place at Brampton Park Theatre Thursday, June 2, to Saturday, June 4. Performances start at 7.30pm. Tickets are adults �8, children �5, concessions �7 and a family ticket (two adults and two children) �20. Call 01480 891333 (leave a message if necessary) for tickets.
