A KIND-hearted Ramsey man raised £360 for The Hunts Post New Life Appeal as part of his birthday celebrations.
John Adamson celebrated turning 60 by foregoing presents and instead asking friends and family to bring cash donations to his party.
Although his birthday is not until tomorrow (Thursday), Mr Adamson celebrated at Ramsey Forty Foot Village Hall on Sunday with 120 guests, including his wife, Sue and granddaughters, Amy and Rebecca.
