WE all hear constantly that our car can be crushed, and that we are constantly being watched if we declare our bike is off the road, or our number plate can be scanned every two seconds, or we can tell if we have no current television licence, or we can't take your rubbish in certain bins, or we can tell as soon as the computer says that we have toilet taxes to pay.
Why can't we have all this unsettled rubbish over a loudspeaker all over town in not just English but however many languages are spoken? I think it would stand up in court as discrimination
