FMS Promotions has announced the details of their third concert in aid of Huntingdon MS Therapy Centre and are offering five of the best unsigned local bands the opportunity to perform at the event.

On January 17 the cream of local music talent will be joined by two international bands for a very special gig at the Cambridge Corn Exchange.

The hugely popular Teenage Kicks showcase has become the East of England's biggest unsigned gig attracting a 1,000 crowd to the events alongside raising over £3,000 for the charity.

Tickets for the event are already on sale priced £7. In conjunction with the event the organisers, FMS promotions, will also release a 23-track CD of Cambridge's finest music, plus an eclectic selection of some of the finest national and international special guest unsigned bands.

This release will be showcased as an official fringe event at the 2008 ITC international music convention in Manchester in October. The event organiser Paul Travis says: "The event is a celebration of unsigned music and gives local bands a real opportunity a chance to showcase their talent on a bigger stage."

FMS is currently drawing up a short list of bands to play at the Cambridge Corn Exchange, be on the CD and appear at the ITC music festival.
