THE Hunts Post's Almost Famous Song Competition took place for the second year in 2008, and was again a great success.

The winners, chosen by the Almost Famous columnists Paul Richards and Chris Boland, were Introspectators with a song called Flesh and Blood.

However, after spending many an hour listening to the Almost Famous CD featuring all of the finalists, the newspaper's staff have their own favourite: Carla, by a band called Maslow.

Take a listen to the song and you'll see why we've chosen this as our Huntingdonshire song of the year.

Enjoy!
