ARSONISTS torched a derelict bungalow in Ramsey, leaving it severely damaged.
The incident happened at about 10.30pm on Saturday evening at the cottage in St Mary's Road, Ramsey.
Firefighters had to break holes in the roof with axes to tackle the blaze, which took an hour and a half to get under control.
No other water source was available at the scene and a fire truck had to act as a shuttle between the fire and the nearest hydrant.
