Lynsey Mitchell, 24, beat off competition from a male-dominated field of 99 qualifiers to lift the UK National Poker League trophy in Windsor.
Miss Mitchell, who has been been playing poker for 12 months, qualified for the final of the pub-based competition by earning points at weekly pub tournaments in Huntingdon, Brampton and St Neots.
She said: "There were a few fish (poor players) in the tournament but generally it was a high standard of play and I was delighted to win."
