Delays on A14 after broken down bus blocks slip road at St Ives

Recovery crews are attempting to remove a broken down bus from an exit slip lane of the A14 near St Ives this morning (Monday).
There are lengthy delays on the westbound carriageway and the slip road at junction 26 for St Ives is currently closed to traffic.
There reports of traffic queues of up to six miles and delays of about 40 minutes.
Cambridgeshire police are at the scene and one lane is also closed while the bus is removed.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the area if possible.
