A SECTION of the A14 has been closed after a digger and a heavy goods vehicle crashed near to Spaldwick. Police were called at 10.15am on Wednesday (April 22) to reports of a collision on the eastbound carriageway opposite the Shell garage at Spaldwick.

Police were called at 10.15am on Wednesday (April 22) to reports of a collision on the eastbound carriageway opposite the Shell garage at Spaldwick.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said the road had been closed eastbound at the Spaldwick slip road and would remain closed for several hours.
It is not yet clear if anyone has been injured.
