The westbound carriageway will be closed from August 2 to 10. The work will be done overnight between 9pm and 6am weeknights and 10pm and 7am Friday nights. Contingency closures may occur between 8pm and 9am on Saturday nights and 9pm and 6am on Sunday nights.

These times are when traffic flows are lowest, the Highways Agency says.
