LONDON is famous for Big Ben and Paris is known for the Eiffel Tower. Now residents in South Cambridgeshire are being asked to nominate their favourite attraction.
This is the first time South Cambridgeshire District Council, has joined other UK councils to take part in the Pride of Place Poll, launched last week.
Attractions to choose from include Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial, Denny Abbey Farmland Museum, the Imperial War Museum in Duxford, Milton Country Park and Wimpole Hall.
Councillor Mark Howell, portfolio holder for community services at SCDC, said: "As we all know, South Cambridgeshire has some amazing attractions but what we want to know is, what is your favourite place? Let us know your favourite attraction."
The winner will be announced on November 30 and presented with a certificate.
