SNOW showers are expected to hit the county this week as temperatures plummet.
Although no weather warnings have been issued forecasters are predicting between two inches and four inches of snowfall in the East of England this week.
The Met Office has predicted "light showers of rain, sleet or snow" on Monday (February 8) with snow showers becoming heavier on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon and throughout Friday.
Temperatures are expected to remain low throughout the week with minus two degrees overnight and highs of four degrees during the day.
