I AM writing to say a big thank you to all the kind people who came to my aid on Sunday, November 5, at Huntingdon Garden & Leisure. I had the misfortune to take a tumble and hurt my face.
A lady who works there called Valerie and a first aider from the centre, as well as passers-by, helped and stayed with me. Last, and by no means least, I would like to thank the ambulancemen who arrived promptly and made sure I was safe to go home. The speed with which the paramedics arrived yet again shows how worthwhile hospitals such as Hinchingbrooke are. So a big thank you to you all. I had a fright but I am well on the road to recovery.
