New windows have been fitted at Brampton Methodist Church.
The work, costing about £2,500, was funded with an interest-free loan from the Cambridgeshire Historic Churches Trust to enable the church to be fitted with double-glazing. The previous glass went in when the church was built in 1889.
All eight windows are now double-glazed and the church is fund-raising to repay the loan.Pictures: MAUREEN WIGLEY
