Since the demise of the outdoor swimming pool due to poor maintenance on the part of the town council many letters have been sent. Unfortunately it is not what Mr Devonald wished to hear, so let's brush it under the carpet. The public will never know.
The steel fenced area of the old pool may serve as a site for a new cinema, but it is already earmarked as a road to serve new housing because Almond Road is not wide enough. The land is not the council's.
Is the trust in agreement or even aware?
