BIG Ben will have the Rotary Club wheel on its west face on Saturday for Rotary Day, celebrating 100 years of the club.
The day will also mark the biggest donation ever given to the club - the sum of $100million (£51m) from software billionaire Bill Gates.
The donation from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is for the Rotary Club's Polio Eradication Programme.
Rotary spokesman Dan Conan, from Huntingdon Rotary Club said: "Since it started in the 1980s our immunisation campaign has come close to ridding the world of polio but there are still pockets of it in India and in parts of war-torn Africa.
"We will spend Bill Gates' money and then we will match it with another $100million. Worldwide, we've raised £316million and we are committed to matching the Gates Foundation grant over the next three years."
Joining the campaign will be the three Huntingdon Rotary clubs, Huntingdon, Cromwell and Hinchingbrooke.
