A WOMAN was killed on Tuesday, April 29 after she was hit by a motorbike in Brampton.
Police were called at 1.30pm to reports that a pedestrian had been knocked down by a motorbike at the Brampton roundabout on Huntingdon Road.
The driver of the motorbike was taken to Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon with what police described as serious but not life threatening injuries.
The road was closed for nearly three hours and drivers were asked to avoid the area.
