DOG DAYS: Members of the Socrates Freemasons Lodge in Huntingdon have donated �1,500 to the charity Dogs for the Disabled.
A cheque was presented to John Van Wyk and Andy Lee, who is helped by one of the charity’s trained dogs.
Mr Lee, who was disabled following a cycling accident when he was 16, demonstrated the work carried out by the charity and how it can transform the lives of disabled people.
Half of the money donated to the charity was raised by the lodge, the other �750 was provide in match-funding by the masonic province of Northamptonshire and Huntingdonshire.
